Live well in
Fort Langley, BC
The 1912 stands at the southern approach to Fort Langley and has long formed part of the community’s visual and historic landscape. The 1912 reflects the architectural values of the period in which it was built and the warmth and charm of the Towle House is preserved and ready for you to be part of in summer 2027. Fort Langley has developed into one of the most sought after neighbourhoods in Canada – this is the chance to be part of the vibrancy that is living in “The Fort”.
THE 1912 LOCATION
Fort Langley has one of the highest walkability scores in the Township and surrounding areas.
Located on the banks of the Fraser River, the village features museums, stores, restaurants, art galleries, parks, trails, and the Langley Rowing and Paddling Centre all within a charming and historic community setting.
Fort Langley is also home to Salishan Place by the River, the Township of Langley’s arts, culture, and heritage facility developed in partnership with local First Nations and community organizations.
The village remains a popular destination for tourists, shoppers, and diners while preserving the warmth and character that make it such a desirable place to call home.
Thoughtfully
Designed Homes
The 1912 is a boutique collection centred around the restoration of the distinguished George Towle House and the creation of three new heritage-inspired townhomes within a historic garden enclave at the entry to Fort Langley.
The project carefully balances restoration and renewal: the 1912 George Towle Home is being restored and celebrated as the architectural anchor of the property, while the three new townhomes are designed in its likeness — inspired by its timeless character and architectural detailing.
NATURALLY
MODERN INTERIORS

The homes are modelled after the Parklane Billy Brown Townhomes with detached garages, parking pads, and landscaped outdoor spaces separating the homes and garages.
The site also includes visitor parking and ample room for convenient turnarounds and drop-offs.

LIVE IN FORT LANGLEY
We are the Reimer family and we are so thrilled to be bringing these homes to Fort Langley. Here is the story of how it came to be. Our family of 6 has lived in the Towle home for 10 of its 114 years- we love this home and want to see it live on for many years to come. It deserves a restoration, and we are going to get it done.
We love Fort Langley and would like nothing more than to have 3 neighbours that will enjoy this town as much as we have. We have teamed up with an exceptional builder, team of experienced consultants, and seasoned project developers to make this dream come.
If you have ever dreamed of living in Fort Langley, please contact me below. I will be happy to describe the opportunity and explain some of the options we have for a wonderful new home in The Fort.
